Objective: Bring to life BNY Mellon’s transformation to a modern banking powerhouse by creating an intuitive digital ecosystem.


My strategy for the new BNY Mellon corporate website combined an intuitive content structure with strong visual patterns. By reducing the number of pages significantly the brand and its offerings could be discovered more easily. Adding empathic prompts on each page drove up conversion of prospective clients. 


Result: Double-digit increase in overall website traffic and engagement.
