The "It's Better Over Here" brand positioning manifests that T-Mobile has eclipsed competitors as the most trusted connectivity brand

Objective: Demonstrate that T-Mobile has moved from rebellious underdog to a top tier player that puts customers front and center. 


In collaboration with the agency, I developed a positioning that demonstrates that T-Mobile hasn’t stopped from breaking barriers for its customers, while bringing innovation in the category to a new level. 


Our tactics focused on unique offers that let customers experience the future of connectivity, such as free in-flight WiFi, high-speed connectivity in remote locations through Starlink, and a free MLB live-stream on the best 5G network.
