Objective:
Help major advertising spenders to get the most out of their Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
As part of Facebook Creative shop, I led creative strategy for brands such as Citi, Amex and Chase Bank. Using internal data and best practice examples I optimized their Instagram and Facebook campaigns against defined KPIs, resulting in significantly improved ROI.
Result: Campaigns saw up to 18 pt lift in ad recall, and up to 9 pt lift in intent (outperformed 60% of studies).
